Breakfast was extensive and what was not available, was made. The beds were wonderfully soft. The housekeeping was also very good.
The sauna area. And the prices for the massages.

Equipment and location of the accommodation.
Spa/wellness space is too limited. Too bad that there is no pool. By now it has become clear that it is very difficult to make it in this monumental building.

This place suits me perfectly, with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a spa lounge, and a restaurant. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!...

Exquisite ceramic mosaics, Historic hand-painted tiles, Luxurious marble bathrooms
Noise from the trams outside is a serious issue!!! Inconsistent room cleaning left much to be desired. Height and design of the bathtub could have been better thought out for safety!!!

Service was extremely excellent, friendly staff, clean cosy beds. Photos do not deceive.
Busy street where bedrooms are located close to the noise from the tram. After a conversation we have received another room

Couples seeking a great experience
The staff were helpful, especially when they organized some gluten-free bread for my wife, who has dietary restrictions. Breakfast was a feast, with an extensive buffet that catered to every taste and preference, it was almost impossible to leave without overindulging....
